You will: * Receive inbound/make outbound calls to schedule maintenance and repair calls * Data enter accurate information when scheduling appointments for maintenance and repair HVAC/Plumbing professionals * Contact customers before all in-home appointments to ensure customers are home for the appointment. * Communicate continually throughout the day with field professionals to support their success (and Yours!) * Follow up with customers to address and resolve outstanding issues * Process/schedule part orders generated through field personnel. * Meet and exceed metrics (Bonus structure based on your personal productivity) Train for both the Marketing Department and the Customer Care/Operations Department and transition between the Departments base on Company need. Requirements: * Customer service & Telesales experience (references appreciated) * Ability to work independently and with a team * Consistently demonstrate organizational and follow up skills * Microsoft Office * Must have availability to work overtime, weekends, and various shifts * Experience with VoIP softphone systems a plus * GED or High School Diploma * Must be able to complete a background check to company satisfactionBenefits Starting pay $13+ Bonuses to $15 an hour based on the department transitional needs Career development and opportunities for promotion (only promote within the company) Overtime compensation paid when required due to company need Matching 401k Comprehensive Health, Dental, Vision, etc. Insurance options PTO LOCATION: VA, LortonFULL-TIME/PART-TIME: Full-Time and/or Part-TimeSHIFT: Various Shifts
