Our club now offers in-club Fitness Training as well as at-home Virtual Fitness Training. We are looking to bring on a high energy, camera friendly, coachable individual with a background in fitness and/or sales to assist our members. Our memberships come with a Coach and a Plan. You will be responsible for helping all members "get to a healthier place." You will serve as a 'guidance counselor' to all members of the club, 'educator and mentor' for all training staff, and 'strategist' for owner/manager. Your ultimate role is to develop the Member On-boarding Process which includes conducting the fitness consultation in club and Virtual, determining the right combination of personnel tools for each member, and managing the retention score to ensure meaningful touch points for the lifetime of the member. You will also be responsible for participating in Small Group & One on One Trainings with clients who have a dedicated training program. You will also strategize, organize and promote programs across several areas including: Community, Self-Directed, Virtual, Group and Personal Training, organize & help with general upkeep of club and equipment and assist in community outreach to positively influence member acquisition. While skills in training is a plus, You must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide a surprisingly personable experience to all members of the club in an effort to help each individual get to a healthier place.
