Title Our global Investment Banking client is seeking to recruit a lateral Investment Banking Senior Associate to lead M&A due diligence and transaction execution with Industrials, Defense and Aerospace clients. Responsibilities: Lead engagement planning, due diligence and execution Assist with development and execution of client marketing plans and build relationships with clients and prospects Supervise and mentor junior team members Build complex financial models and conduct business valuation analysis Prepare management presentations and marketing pitches Develop target lists for potential buyers, investors and strategic partners Conduct in-depth industry research and trend analysis Requirements: Bachelor's Degree with strong academic record 3+ years of Industrials sell side M&A experience Broad knowledge of the Industrials sector Defense, Aerospace and/or Government transaction execution experience preferred Demonstrated M&A transaction due diligence and execution experience Complex financial modeling and valuation analysis skills Superb communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Detail oriented with the proven ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines Keen interested in building a career in the investment banking industry
