Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding - Human Resources Job Locations US-DC Category Human Resources Type Full Time Level 6-Senior Director Overview Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition for the Human Resources team to lead talent acquisition and employer branding. Responsibilities/Qualifications The Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will : Develop and lead the execut ion of PhRMA 's evolving global talent acquisition function and the team (3 people) supporting it which includes recruitments in China, Japan, and UAE; Establish an effective and innovative sourcing, recruitment, branding, and value proposition model that leads to a strong pipeline of global diverse talent, external partners, and compelling message as an employer of choice ; Collaborate with DEI office to drive diversity hiring strategies and implementation; Create and implement ongoing ATS engagement, referral, and internal adoption campaigns and recruiting policies; Manage relationships with third party job boards, search firms , and consultants ; B uild and cultivate a network with industry contacts, association memberships, universities, trade groups and employees to maximize PhRMA's profile among these groups, as well as to gain external perspectives and best practices that can leveraged within the organization ; Manage and oversee new hire onboarding and internship programs, relocation program, and temporary support; Analyze organizational trends and metrics to track progress and inform ongoing strategy. Measure effective ness, develop and maintain updated dashboard for senior leadership ; Lead full lif e-cycle recruiting for select roles. Key Success Factors PhRMA seeks a proactive , confident and action - oriented talent professional that will act as a strategic advisor and partner to leadership, by providing innovative and progressive insights and practices and tools. This individual should be passionate about recruiting strong diverse talent to help solve the challenges we face on behalf of our member companies in the biopharmaceutical industry . Key success factors for this role include a demonstrated track record of success building and executing recruitment strategies to create an exceptional candidate experience . Professional Experience / Requirements Bachelor's degree ; 8 + years of experience in human resources with a specialization in recruitment and employer branding ; at least 5 years managing recruiting and / or recruiting operation s team ; Significant experience with strategic talent acquisition, business partnership/consultation, organization design, and workforce planning; Strong people leadership to motivate and engage teams, clients, and candidates; Experience working with best-in-class tools, technology , eg, iCIMS , and practices that lead to an optimal candidate experience; Ability to drive results while maintaining respect and integrity for building consensus A results-oriented team player - business , political and/or trade association experience preferred with a keen understanding of organizational operations/dynamics ; Ability to be an influential relationship manager and solutions partner with key clients and leverage market and industry intelligence to inform and shape strategies and decisions A bility to inspire conf idence within the organization .
