Leads generation through Rural Level Activities like Digital Campaigns / Loan Mela with banks. Work closely with dealership Executives, State Heads & sales executives and monitor proposal movements from Logins till disbursement. Liaise with senior officials of Banks and NBFC's and build relationships at regional and branch level Ensure dealerships have dedicated team for retail finance. Building dealer team and training them. Monitor over the retail development across the territories of dealer. Identifying the Working capital gaps dealer wise based on the yearly expected retail volumes. Identifying new banks/NBFC for Channel Finance Funding arrangement Onboarding identified dealers on Working Capital Facility (CF) to ensure dealer has sufficient amount of investment in the business.
