Responsibilities: Review a/p activity Maintenance of Deltek Costpoint Acct recs - clean up, research, investigating, helping Vivian with payroll (ie monitoring the payroll accountant) Back up to payroll (80-90 employees + intl development/expat employees) Requirements: Deltek Costpoint experience required (currently use 7.1.1 but 8 is coming out in the fall) 5+ years government contractor experience Degreed accountant CPA is a plus, but wants someone career minded in accounting - in order to develop their accounting career USAID experience a plus but not required 1 year supervisory experience would be helpful but person should have the potential for supervisory role Understands the payroll process because the payroll person is new and may need additional help Personality Fit: Strong critical thinking skills Ability to work independently Able to dig in, look at things, make recommendations and make adjustments Someone looking for a challenge, looking to grow with a company, be on board with all the challenges and successes.
