Description ENGINEER/SCIENTIST III (PAX-21-1197-W): Bowhead seeks an Engineer/Scientist III in support of the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft Systems Program Office (PMA-262) under the Program Executive Office for Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons (PEO (U&W)) on Patuxent River Naval Air Station. Primary responsibilities include: Apply engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems. Review and prepare engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation. Apply engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management. Analyze designs, develop, implement, test, or evaluate software, components, or systems related to engineering or functional requirements of military weapons systems, associated support systems, or management information systems. Requirements Degree: BS or BA degree in an engineering or technical discipline Experience: Six (6) years of experience in an Engineering/Science Field Desired Experience: Microsoft Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) or Risk and Opportunities Management System (ROMS) database expertise SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must have an active security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
