For more information, please visit: ResponsibilitiesThe Technical Analyst offers in depth technical business analysis in support of project scope and objectives. Utilizing problem solving and analytical skills to support current processes and assist in the creation of process improvements. Provide on-going quality checks on work in progress in conjunction with the IT PM to help avoid costly or disruptive errors. Must be comfortable with leading projects from start to finish and demonstrate an ownership mentality with objectives and overcoming challenges.A' Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, writing user stories, developing requirements traceability matrix, supporting testing activities, engaging with clients, and performing data collection and analysis is required. Proven track record of creating clear, concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and the software functionality.A' Responsibilities:Candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day client service within an Agile IT environment supporting a major system modernization.Leading facilitated solutioning sessions with clients to gather system requirements and support business process improvement to help achieve efficiencies and improve oversight.Compiling feedback and operational and functional requirements into technical requirements, user stories, use cases, and business process maps to improve the technology platform.Tracking, testing, and monitoring issues reported by end users and ensuring they are resolved using agile development practices.Supporting communication planning, system documentation, stakeholder engagement, user experience initiatives, end user testing, and user training.Participating in daily stand-up (scrum calls), sprint ceremonies such as review, demo, and planning.Supporting team members to address emerging challenges, risks, and issues as they emerge in the development of the application. QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceHave 5+ years of technical business analyst experience; preferred 2+ years of consulting experienceExcellent oral and written communicatorHave experience / knowledge working in the Software Development Life Cycle as a Technical Business Analyst role - including leading discovery sessions, translating business requirements into technical specifications (eg user stories and acceptance criteria), coordinating with developers, and collecting feedback from stakeholders.Skilled in planning, prepping, and facilitating meetings with clients and other stakeholders to effectively gather and document technical requirements.Have experience supporting Agile development projects and implementing process improvements that align with Agile best practices.Must be strategic, as well as detail-oriented and process-focused.Must have US CitizenshipMinimum Degree Required: 4-yrs Bachelors Travel: 0-50%Desired:Skilled in using PowerPoint to create polished, visually appealing presentations for clients and stakeholders.Have experience supporting product Quality Assurance (QA), including conducting technical, functional, and end user testing.Have exceptional written and oral communication skills. Have experience demonstrating product capabilities to clients and stakeholders.Be analytical and solution-oriented to help clients assess and improve business processes.Is familiar with Jira/Kanban or Atlassian Suite tools leveraged in software development projects.Develop strong relationships with client stakeholders and account teams to better collaborate and understand business challenges and develop recommendations for innovative solutions to address current and future growth client needs.A proven track record of successfully implementing software, web and app development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies including experience as a Project Manager / Product Owner / Scrum Master managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams. Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data, business goals, and requirements; use data analysis to form the basis of recommendations and solution design.Oversee the quality of work products and client deliverables.Perform hands-on reviews to ensure quality deliverables while improving the quality assurance process.Work closely with the team to develop a continuous improvement program that empowers the team through adoption of measurable best practices and methods.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with current software development technologies, standards, and leading practices.Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams, providing feedback, mentoring, and coaching teams.Develop impactful visualizations.Certifications Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), or equivalents.Experience providing Agile Coaching to government or commercial sector clients Additional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
