ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A cents € cents Collaborate with business units and subject matter experts to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate training solutions and define learning objectives. A cents € cents Ensure consistent learning practices across the organization to achieve economies of scale and effective transfer of critical knowledge and skills. A cents € cents Proactively use technology and industry best practices to design engaging and interactive courses for adult learners in an on-line or in classroom method. A cents € cents Develop and deliver training in traditional, alternative, and blended learning approaches, including instructor-led classroom, webinars, remote/virtual training, and train-the-trainer classes for teams of trainers and end-users. A cents € cents Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers. A cents € cents Develop and maintain consistent training materials, including participant guides, facilitator guides, reference materials, exercises and handouts, and course evaluations. A cents € cents Implement quality-control activities required to ensure the accuracy and adequacy of each publication and process. A cents € cents Develop and maintain standard metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training using tools that include surveys, observation, and certifications. Administer an effective testing/certification program if required. Adapt training as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. A cents € cents Integrate training curricula into a learning management system; oversee the tracking capabilities and technical requirements for specific job titles. A cents € cents Demonstrates a customer-service focus QUALIFICATIONS: A cents € cents Education & Experience: Bachelor"s Degree (in related technical field) or equivalent, and 5 years of training experience within the construction or home improvement industry, or any equivalent combination of education and experience. A cents € cents Must have the ability to develop expert knowledge of company products and methodologies. A cents € cents Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office automation tools, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Advanced skills using Articulate Storyline.
