The project features two express lanes alongside three regular lanes in each direction, with space in the median for future transit; corridor-wide bike and pedestrian improvements; and safety and operational improvements at key interchanges throughout the corridor.General Description:FAM is looking to hire a Accounting Administrator to assist in day to day financial entries and reporting, specializing with accounts payable work. This position applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information, prepare financial reports, and assist in the payment of expenses related to the I66 Outside the Beltway Project.Responsibilities: Accountable for the processing, approval, coding and payment of invoices. Perform Month End Closing procedures such as inventory input and output, preparation of necessary accruals, entering adjusting entries, and reviewing financial statements. Assist in the projection of monthly production and overhead cost. Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements. Track and enter Fixed Assets. Support Fleet manager as need. Effectively communicate with vendors.
