The Opportunity: We are seeking a diligent, motivated, highly detailed, and reliable Director of Financial Operations to manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate has proven experience in timely, accurate, and efficient financial reporting. They are proactive, professional, and experienced in Excel & QuickBooks online. Candidates will possess excellent written & oral communication skills and can adapt to changing priorities within the business, quickly and efficiently. A CPA is strongly desired. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare financial projections and manage budgeting processes Lead redesign of budgeting and reporting tools within the accounting system Advise and establish best internal control practices Research and make recommendations on best accounting and financial tools for the needs of the business Prepare financial statements Establish, enhance, and enforce company policies Manage processing and recording of A/P and A/R Reconcile bank and credit card statements Record revenue transactions Preparing cash forecast and models within Excel File multiple state sales tax reports Manage payroll and benefits QUALIFICATIONS: BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field 10+ years of related accounting experience CPA highly preferred Expert knowledge of MS Excel Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Bill.com Strong understanding of full cycle accounting Excellent oral and written communication skills Professional and courteous demeanor Detail-oriented self-starter, well organized and able to work independently and as an advisor JO #14304272
