The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines, including interfacing with community partners to support the hospital, physician ambulatory network, and long-term care facility (including home health and hospice). Individual is instrumental in driving a high-performing team including planning, developing, executing and directing hiring strategies, processes, and programs. This high visibility role will work closely with the senior leadership team and hiring managers to fulfill the needs of the organization. Successful candidates will be responsible for developing and leading a team of recruiters to find high quality talent in support of our mission and values for a wide variety of healthcare related roles. The Director serves as a subject matter expert on inclusive recruiting best practices. A wide degree of creativity, near and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding and personal organization are required. Essential Functions In partnership with senior leadership and hiring managers, sets the course for the talent acquisition team to ensure the needs of the business are met through full time recruiting. Coach, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, including helping them creatively develop successful search strategies to drive individual and team results. Track and analyze metrics and report on progress to Lead sourcing strategies through a variety of sourcing channels including the use of social media with an emphasis or passive candidate attraction and maximizing the benefits of recruiting tools. Manage, leverage and challenge existing recruiting strategies, methods, and systems to generate a proactive and efficient Manage vendor relationships. Responsible for reviewing contracts, these include, but are not limited to, background checks, advertising, temporary agencies, and placement firms. Manage recruitment and advertising budgets. Develops plan for annual advertising budget and negotiates contracts. Must be able to demonstrate leadership qualities in a fast paced, mission-based environment while being adaptable and flexible. 7-10 years recruitment experience. 3+ years management experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.
