You'll get to: Serve as a key member of the Global Compensation COE focusing on the Tools & Storage business globally to strategize, design, and deliver on the Company's Total Rewards StrategyPartner with HR and GTS business leaders to ensure the day-to-day operational support for compensation programs is successfully executed, including the implementation, education, communication, and administration of enterprise-wide compensation programs such as merit planning and short and long-term incentive plansSupport Tools & Storage Finance and Division Leaders with sales and operational incentive plans through risk reviews, market analysis and plan design assistance Serve as the Tools & Storage Compensation Project Lead for large and / or Global compensation projects (eg, implementation of Workday, development of global compensation structure, job architecture initiatives, training and communication).Identify, develop and implement process efficiencies related to the implementation and ongoing maintenance of compensation programs and tools, ensuring incentive compensation communication efforts are effective, timely, clear, concise and coordinated with the Total Rewards team.Who You Are You always strive to do a good job but wouldn't it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? You also have: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Compensation and/or Total RewardsBachelor's Degree - BS/BA in business or human resources (or related). MBA a plusSales compensation experience highly desirableExperience using Workday preferred (or other HR ERP such as SAP)Experience implementing large scale compensation initiatives (ie, global salary structure, short and long-term incentives, job architectures)Capable of making recommendations on how to effectively resolve problems or issues, using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or governmental law as applicable. Strong project management and communication skillsResults-oriented with appropriate attention to accuracyCollaborative with HR and business leaders Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Strong interpersonal and time management skills. Strong analytical and project management skills.
