You are excited about creating change because your skills can help the greater good of every customer, industry and community.GENERAL PURPOSECirrusLabs (CL) is seeking a results-oriented Human Resources Manager (HRM) to direct and oversee the company's HR plans in ways that support our mission and overall strategy. This position has high accountability and reports directly to Company Leadership. Candidates must be proven leaders and strategic thinkers, effective people managers and problem-solvers.This seasoned HR expert will be a highly organized self-starter with excellent communication and personal skills. CL's HRM is responsible for managing all HR functions globally to include the vision, strategy, development and execution of organizational effectiveness, talent and culture management programs aimed at advancing the mission and enhancing business results.RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership and Talent ManagementOversees, develops, and executes talent acquisition and retention strategies and plans, including directing the design and implementation of the organization-wide employment programs for recruitment and retention strategies, candidate identification and selection methods, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies and measurements.Designs and implements integrated talent management solutions including, leadership development, individual development planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.Advances existing talent development strategies and initiatives in a manner that ensures/tracks the quality of assessment, dialogue, and follow-up across all levels of the organization.Work with leaders to guide and monitor progress of high potential employees and identify positions that provide developmental opportunities; fosters a culture that integrates succession planning across the organization.Leads and develops results-driven performance management tools and processes that integrate with the organization' s values and core competencies. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.Workplace Culture ManagementDevelops strategies aimed at maintaining a healthy workplace culture including programs and initiatives related to employee communications, engagement and relations across the organization's programs and offices. Proactively drives effective employee communications in partnership with the leadership team.Proactively and effectively improves workplace culture to foster organizational and individual effectiveness in a manner consistent with the organization's values. Ensures management and leaders have expertise and tools necessary to foster organizational effectiveness.People Management ResponsibilitiesAdvises the leadership team on the full range of people management and effectively implements strategies/action steps for new or improved programs, policies, and processes to affect defined organizational outcomes and mitigate risk.Provides active, intentional leadership to the staff and leaders; provides timely positive and constructive feedback; monitors the accomplishment of team and individual goals and objectives; fosters an environment of continuous learning consistent with the needs of the organization, team, and the individual staff member.Leads efforts to streamline people management workflows, data collection and analysis, communications, and reporting to increase the efficiency of the function Ensures compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local employment laws including, but not limited to EEO, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, ERISA, OSHA, PPACA, workers' compensation, etc.Organizational EffectivenessLeads the organization's employee engagement and retention initiatives to increase organizational, programmatic, and individual performanceProvides leadership to critical and organization-wide people initiatives related to business process redesign and change managementAssist senior leadership to catalyze organizational performance through leadership linking strategy to structure, building transformational change approaches, and facilitating organizational re-design and continuing improvementCollaborates with peers across the organization to develop and integrate workforce planning and analysis, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, professional development, succession planning and rewards. Collaborates with peers and other outside organizations to bring best practices.Influences organizational decision-making with the use of relevant, value-added performance management, including metrics and analyze and report on same in a manner that aligns with and supports the organization's strategic and short- and long-term business objectivesImmigrationWork with internal Immigration team to provide oversight and direction for immigration inquiries from managers, employees, recruitment team, and attorneys on all immigration and work authorization related matters.Ensure immigration team ensures all work authorization and immigration documents are collected, completed accurately, saved in the applicable files/systems, and submitted (if necessary) in a timely manner.Process all visa and green card actions, partnering with the Manager, Immigration and other relevant teams as applicable.Maintain internal Work Authorization Tracker; monitoring expiration dates with diligenceand accuracy, taking appropriate action as needed.Maintain and process all I-9s, reverifications, removal of I-9s by retention dates as well as immigration audits.Maintain in-depth and current knowledge of employment and immigration law to help reduce legal risk and ensure regulatory compliance; partnering with internal and external attorneys as needed Other duties as assigned.+ Related duties as required are duties that may not be specifically listed in the class specification or position description, but that are within the general occupational series and responsibility level typically associated with the employee's class of workRequirements+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance + 10+ years of well-rounded HR experience in positions of increasing responsibility+ A minimum of 6 years of leadership experience with the ability to motivate and provide professional development+ HR leader who has provided guidance to at least 150 company employees+ Experience must include demonstrated ability to provide strategic human resources leadership across the organization to management and staff at all levels as well as guidance to executives in support of the organization's mission.+ Must be a well-balanced leader who can roll up their sleeves and focus on the detail while also grasping and supporting the big picture+ Demonstrated, advanced knowledge of leading and proven human resources/human capital management principles and practices including those pertaining to talent management, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, labor relations, employee communications, with demonstrated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing these areas+ A proven track-record of advancing a corporate culture and successfully leading significant change management initiatives+ Requires well-developed and highly effective listening, communication, and presentation skills.
