Do Good Foods is creating a more sustainable food system at scale that combats climate change with urgency and action. Do Good Foods, Good for Plate & Planet.The Director of Chicken Marketing drives the Do Good Chicken strategies by leading the development and implementation of the complete marketing plan for the chicken category in order to achieve financial and operational objectives. This role also contributes to the total Do Good Foods portfolio strategy and plans.Responsibilities:Leads the Do Good Chicken strategy development that fuels both short-term and long-term strategic goals and plans.Develops and supervises the programs and strategies that maximize the Do Good Chicken brand awareness and product sales, using messaging and media that are meaningful to retailers and consumers. Owns the chicken category P& L and drives the necessary processes including forecasting, budgeting, and portfolio management.Leads the marketing, communications, and creative teams to create breakthrough consumer communications and materials that span across all touchpoints, from traditional media to digital data driven activationsDevelops, and leads strong talent to achieve team and individual goals that align with department and function goalLead cross functional teams, as needed, to deliver go to market objectivesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications requiredMaster's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field is preferred CPG experience required At least 5-7 years of marketing experience, heavily skewed towards Communications Marketing with proven success developing multi-channel strategies requiredExperience leading and developing a team of best-in-class marketers by creating and supporting a positive, professional, team-oriented environment.Experience in leading and developing a team structure that facilitates and maximizes individual and team performanceExperience successfully launching and managing a new product or renovation through its entire life cycle. Leverage overall Marketing objectives and research to design and deliver impactful consumer communication marketing strategies. Drive business results including communication development, forecasting, quantitative and qualitative research, and new product development / launches Strong experience in creative development Strong storyteller with a high level of curiosity and innovation Solid analytical skills and business acumen Strong business expertise including objective setting, ROI measurement and budget management Ability to lead teams collaboratively and effectively across internal functions & external agencies/vendors Ability to influence, teach and energize cross functional team members Works extremely well in leading and participating in matrix organization and multi-disciplinary teams Previous experience demonstrating success in challenging and fluid business situations Benefits:Do Good Foods values their employees time and efforts.
