Customer Resolution Kitchen After Sales Specialist (Full time)
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE We are hiring for multiple shifts: 9am-5:30pm 10am-6:30pm 11:30am-8:00pm You must reside within a commutable distance to IKEA Baltimore Customer Service Center to be eligible for this role. Mandatory on-site training required: Monday-Friday at 9am-5:30pm Successful candidates will be available Monday through Sunday between 9am-8pm EST. One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) will be required with an alternate day off mid-week 1-3 year sales or customer service experience Kitchen and appliance experience preferred High School Diploma or relevant IKEA experience preferred Understanding of all aspects of the IKEA multichannel shopping experience Self-reliant and motivated and with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Provides Kitchen Customer with a positive experience in the Advocacy Phase Verifies all Measurement, Individual Kitchen Planning, and Custom Countertop invoices (as per rules and guidelines) Accomplish customer contacts individually if needed to fulfil their expectations during their purchase or after purchase journey Ensure customers issues are documented and resolved with a sense of urgency Working knowledge of all IKEA planning systems Ensure we listen to our customers and use knowledge of both the range and how IKEA works to offer informed solutions and resolve the customers' issues. I know how to assemble our products so I can assist customers who have difficulties assembling our products and exchange component parts when they are needed. Take responsibility for learning and development in everyday situations and especially in the assigned business knowledge area Support and share knowledge with colleagues in the unit to enhance their daily business TOGETHER AS A TEAM At IKEA it's all about our customers, and in Customer Relations we build and retain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers in a multichannel retail environment.
