Providing guidance and troubleshooting customer inquiries will be a primary focus all while maintaining a strong relationship with current and potential customers. MAJOR JOB DUTIES: Addresses customer phone calls and responds to all inquiries including, but not limited to, pricing, billing, product knowledge, grievances and setting up new accounts Provides timely and accurate information on order status Leads outbound calling operations in efforts to collect from past due customers Evaluates sales methods and company programs to meet current customer needs and develop potential business leads Enters and updates customer account information in CARGAS and MPX systems Processes billing payments for walk-in customers Responsible for processing driver daily paperwork Responsible for trips to the bank as well as the post office on a needed basis EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Associates Degree or equivalent 2+ years Customer Service experience (Call center experience preferred) Previous experience with CARGAS and MPX systems preferred, but not required Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on developing a positive rapport with customers Strong organizational and data entry skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a fast paced environment Ability to take ownership and accountability for resolving customer problems in a professional and enthusiastic manner Able to work a flexible schedule PERKS WITH US!
