We seek a high-energy, motivated professional to promote innovative solutions for current and potential customers, manage a local team within two locations and expand our rental and equipment sales business in a designated market.Specific responsibilities for this position include:Motivate, lead and grow the local business for rental and portable equipment salesDefining new potential customers, seeking new markets while maintaining relationships with the customers currently in the portfolio.Achieve annual sales and gross margin targetsConduct customer needs assessments and creates rental and equipment sale proposalsGuide the local team to provide superior customer service and response time. Assist as needed to deliver and install equipment to meet business requirementsHandle the rental fleet, new equipment, and accessory inventory along with delivery trucks to maximize customer response and satisfaction.Manage administrative functions along with shipping & receiving of all material to and from the locationManage and maintain a safe work environment for employees at company and customers locationsExperience/qualifications:Must be self-motivated to achieve annual goals and objectivesStrong interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to influence customer's key decision-makersWillingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned territoryExcellent writing, communication & presentation skillsMicrosoft Office SuiteRentals industry or HVAC sales experience preferredEducation:College degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline preferred.Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
