Overview: Program AnalystOverall Position Summary and Objectives:The purpose of this position is to support the Strategic Relationships Branch within the All of Us Research Program's Office of Finance and Management including tracking project management, developing material related to its portfolio, and special projects.Deliverables:Work products and documents related to the status of reviewing the Strategic Relationships Branch material. - WeeklyWork products and documents related to Strategic Relationships Branch special projects - WeeklyWork products and documents related to the status of Strategic Relationship deliverables. - WeeklyWork products and documents related to Strategic Relationship Branch portfolio templates, training material, and other information. - Bi-WeeklyWork products and documents related to coordinating Director calendar by scheduling and rescheduling meetings to meet changing priorities. - DailyWork products and documents related to coordinating Director Senior Leadership calendars by scheduling and rescheduling meetings to meet changing priorities. - DailyWork products and documents related to preparing purchase requests to purchase materials and services for NIH approval in the POTS system. - Ad-HocWork products and documents related to the status of Office of Finance and Management projects - WeeklyWork Details:Provide Technical knowledge and support in developing and evaluating the fellowship program, establishing process and procedures and maintaining files. Lead special projects within the Strategic Relationships Branch identified by the Director Produces various detailed reports for use by upper management. Prepare correspondence, reports and other written material 2Analyze and present selected program data to Branch and Center management staff 1Coordinate and track Office of Finance and Management projects through the Stage Gate framework 3Review Strategic Relationships Branch material, including project plan details, draft work products, etc., for completeness and identify gaps, missing information, etc.. proactively 5Lead special projects within the Strategic Relationships Branch identified by the Director 4Assist with efforts to track Strategic Relationship deliverables to ensure that all assignments are completed to expectations and deadline, and when appropriate communicate additional deadlines Coordinate Directors calendar by scheduling and rescheduling meetings to meet changing priorities Ensure that all meetings, briefings, conferences, and speaking engagements that are scheduled represent Directors preferences and prioritiesEnsure that meeting material is developed in advance and provided to meeting attendeesEvaluate, develop, and implement the fellowship program, including the maintenance of files and documents; assess process and procedures and recommend improvements where needed. Lead special projects within the Strategic Relationships Branch identified by the Director Analyze, develops and implements new recruiting processes and a variety of training programs. Lead special projects within the Strategic Relationships Branch identified by the Director Develops and implements new recruiting processes. Lead special projects within the Strategic Relationships Branch identified by the Director Evaluates the effectiveness of the program to ensure it is meeting the organization's overall objectives. Work with staff to collect data and provide summaries for use by fellows, student interns and senior level staff in making decisions for analysis or for other executive useAssist with efforts to track Strategic Relationship deliverables to ensure that all assignments are completed to expectations and deadline, and when appropriate communicate additional deadlines Promotes fellowship program to educational institutions, universities and candidates. Lead special projects within the Strategic Relationships Branch identified by the Director Conducts meetings and trains staff on various aspects of the fellowship program.
