What youll do Administrative: Process HR related transactions in the human resource information system (HRIS) according to established procedures. Enter, maintain, update, ensure accuracy of employee data in the HRIS. Handle onboarding transactions and supporting information for new hires. Ensure accuracy of employee records in the HRIS. Assist with improvements as needed. Conduct regular information gathering for HR use. Assist in electronic data recordkeeping of policies and procedures. HR systems and reporting: Maintain and compile data for various HR management reports and metrics. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and assists in the implementation of thereof. Assist with payroll administration as needed. Benefits Data Administration Administer company benefits transactions. Compiles and maintains benefits records and documentation Provides support for open enrollment within the benefits area Provide support for other all administrative functions as needed. Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support recruiting goals of the organization Assist with coordinating applicants through the recruiting process Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent HR experience. Experience working in HRIS and time and attendance systems as well as a strong computer background is a must. Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment a plus. Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
