Job SummaryMcIntire Solutions is seeking to fill a Cyber Architect position that assists our IC customers in developing and revising cloud cyber security strategy. We are seeking a Cyber Architect that has strong cyber experience to join a team leading full lifecycle development and operations of mission critical enterprise cyber security solutions. The Cyber Architect will work with a diverse group of cyber security leadership and technical information assurance specialists to revise the cloud cyber strategy, then engineer and deploy enterprise cyber security solutions. The cyber security solutions must support and interact with multiple cloud platforms and agency legacy enterprise infrastructures to provide a world class cloud cyber operations platform. The position is based in Northern Virginia with limited travel required.ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding and advising senior customer representatives on cloud implementations and hybrid legacy-cloud solutionsUnderstanding, explaining, and evaluating cloud automation implementation mechanisms for defensive cybersecurityProvision of cyber architecture expertise to the customer, especially RMF implementation Understanding and advising the customer on leveraging the JARM and PERA/ICS reference models to increase the security of legacy and future customer architecturesRespond to corporate requests as requiredRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in technical engineering degree, preferably electrical engineering or computer scienceActive TS/SCI clearance + CI PolyHands-on experience with cloud, C2S, and GovCloud implementations and hybrid-style deploymentsHands-on experience with cloud automation implementation mechanisms for defensive cybersecurityFamiliarity with security defensive infrastructure and automation toolsBachelor's degree with 12 years overall experience is strongly preferred and at least five (5) years of cyber architecture experience; candidates with cyber architecture experience will be considered in lieu of degreeFamiliarity and understanding of the JARM and PERA/ICS reference modelsUnderstanding of the RMF processDesired QualificationsSecurity + CE, CISSP certifications are strongly preferredExperience support at least one Government customer is preferredBachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field is preferredMcIntire Solutions, LLC is a veteran owned small business based in Northern Virginia and provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
