This requires a wide base of core technical knowledge as well as specialization in specific technology disciplines, but also a deep commitment to customer success with measurable outcomes.Job Responsibilities:The SSA provides senior-level Sales Engineering support through the creation of technical solutions that may consist of hardware and software products, professional consulting and engineering services, managed services and staffing.
