The desired candidate will work as a Solution Architect supporting an SAP S/4 HANA (SAP) Federal agency ERP shared-service program. As an experienced professional in CACI's growing Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS), the candidate will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success. The candidate will apply software engineering and systems administration skills to deliver critical system solutions. The candidate will work closely with the system architect, functional resources, infrastructure resources, and configuration change management resources to perform analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions. This role requires the candidate to have in depth understanding of technical architecture and design of SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the customer to understand requirements, designing a solution based upon those requirements, reviewing the design with the customer, and working with the larger project team to ensure full integration with the enterprise SAP solution. Responsibilities: * Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of a Federal Agency shared-service ERP program * Provide recommendations supportive of a shared-service model and long-term organization strategy for enterprise level applications, architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements * Design and lead the implementation of an application and infrastructure architecture based on business requirements and enterprise-wide IT strategies * Propose development schedule and milestones and report any issues that affect performance, cost, or schedule of the application and propose mitigating alternatives * Design system solutions based on user/client requirements, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, interfaces, or platforms * Establish, document, and implement technology integration strategies * Ensure compatibility with existing solutions, infrastructure, services, and strategic requirements * Research, identify, select, and test technology products in support of applications and systems development efforts, and recommends technologies that will increase cost effectiveness and systems flexibility * Provide recommendations based on long-term development organization strategy and develops enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions, and features * Provide architectural expertise and technical assistance to software developers * Coordinate architecture implementation and modification activities and assists in post-implementation continuous-improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality * Lead the assessment of the capacity and resource utilization of application and search tools, components, network, application platforms, application/integration/database servers, storage, security, and management hardware and software * Lead product market research, analysis of alternative (AoA), business case, demonstration, installation, development, implementation, deployment, and sustainment. Required Skills: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with ten years of related work experience, and minimum seven years of Federal SAP development and implementation experience * Experience as an Enterprise-level solution architect * Experience with SAP Public Sector Federal Financial Management supporting Federal agencies with SAP ECC above 6.0 or SAP S/4 HANA 2020 and above * Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes * Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and Activate Methodology preferred. * Experience developing SAP S/4 HANA solutions for Federal Financial applications * Deep understanding of requirements analysis, design, and system architecture of SAP S/4 HANA and RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows) development/integration * Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, HANA and SAP RICEFW development * Experience with Agile software development methodologies * Expertise with multi-tiered application architectures, including SAP, and legacy systems modernization * Experience with systems development, systems integration, application design and/or legacy * Experience with Continuous integration, Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and DevSecOps processes and tools * Experience implementing or migrating to Cloud Service Provider (CSP) environments * Proficient authoring and presenting program solution documents * Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Secret clearance. Desired skills: * Ability to adjust to a dynamic working environment supporting a multi-client shared-service program * Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas. * Experienced in SAP technical skills related to Solution Design * Experienced in SAP Data Archiving a plus * Experienced in working with SAP Development Teams to deliver new functionality. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
