Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a tech company that is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to assist in supporting the BP and other C-Level Executives. This person will be responsible for taking on a multitude of responsibilities to include; calendar management, schedule coordination, expense reports, travel, etc. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, be able to effectively manage their time and take on a multitude of tasks. Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage schedules, appointments, calendars, travel, etc. for VP and C-Level Executives
  • Work with the Executive Assistant team and develop strong relationships with internal partners
  • Help to coordinate meetings and presentations as well as trade shows and events
  • Help in assisting with office management duties post Covid
  • Take on various ad-hoc projects as necessary

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 2+ years experience providing support to senior leadership
  • Proactive, resourceful and capable of working independently when necessary
  • Extremely organized with a high attention to detail
  • Displays a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and decorum
  • Effectively manage multiple projects and shift priorities as required
  • Proficiency in Google Suit
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree highly preferred
