Our WIN Waste Innovations facility in Baltimore, MD is currently looking for a progressive and motivated Maintenance Manager who has the ability to manage and coordinate all activities of the maintenance and E & I staff and coordinate all activities to include but not be limited to installing, inspecting, testing, repairing, adjusting, and calibrating all plant equipment and instrumentation. Plan and conduct major outages; sets up and directs PM programs, lubrication plans. Develop and maintain record of plant maintenance, including work orders, PM, lubrication planning, planned outages and inspections. Prepares work orders indicating malfunctions of instruments and authorizes work order requests. Requisitions new parts and instruments. Administer predictive analysis program for all mechanical and electrical systems and equipment. Anticipate typical problems, identify potential or recurring problems, and takes appropriate action. Troubleshoot equipment and assists in diagnosing problem areas. Education/Experience:Bachelor's Degree and six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Knowledge and understanding of the operation, maintenance and control of a steam generating power plant3-5 years' experience supervising othersExperienced in using CMMS Physical DemandHandle tools, equipment, and fine motor skills.Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet.Move about all areas of the plant, including catwalks, deck grating, and uneven surfaces.Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, corrected or otherwise.Operate a 1.5 inch fire hose operating at 125 PSI line pressure to the extent required to extinguish fire.Operate fire extinguishing equipment ranging from hand held extinguishers to 200 lbs. portable units.Access confined spaces and pressure vessels through standard 12" by 16" manways.
