Proactive and dynamic human resources professional sought to support to assist the Manager of Human Resources with operational effectiveness, human resources matters, and recruiting efforts. The HR Specialist will perform professional level duties in the following functional areas: recruitment, onboarding/off boarding, compliance, and assisting FSO with Security pre-onboarding.Key Responsibilities:Recruiter* Recruitment and interview process. Tracks status of candidates and responds with follow up letters at the end of the recruiting process; Schedules meetings and interviews as requested* Support new hire integration, host orientation programs, and process new hire paperwork* Coordinate administrative communications for arrivals, departures, office transfers and other employee status changes* Assisting in employee benefits* Assist HR with employee/personnel projects and establish various reports and documents to provide current personnel information* Assists in maintaining Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database as needed* Provide general support for various human resources initiatives as requiredAlternate Facility Security Officer:* Provide support to IMTAS? Facility Security Officer.* Maintain data to Security Log when onboarding new hires (SharePoint)* Check JPAS/DISS for recruiting for IMTAS BD group/new candidates/temp-perms and subcontractors* Process subjects into JPAS/DISS* Prepare visit requests for access to job sites based on appropriate clearance and need to know* Assist with Security Training Program for IMTAS employees/consultants* Provide security-related briefings, (Initial Security Briefings/Security Refresh and debriefings/ Annual training as required by the NISPOM and clients* Provide pre and post foreign travel briefings in accordance with government requirements.* Track status of contracts and provide updates to the FSO* Support self-inspections and DSS Vulnerability Assessments* Other duties related to security as needed.?Qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and 2 years of experience in an HR Department* Ability to quickly learn systems, processes, procedures.* Strong ability to assess a candidate?s skills and interest so as to provide insight and advice to managers during the interviewing and selection process.* Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build partnerships with staff.* Excellent analytical, research/internet skills that creatively enhance the company?s branding/marketing/recruiting programs and reduce costs.* Able to multi-task, communicate progress and meet deadlines.* Superior verbal and written communications skills.* Strong knowledge of employment laws.* Excellent organization and time management skills* Secret Clearanceby Jobble
