New Hope is hiring full- and part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work in home- and clinic-based settings in Fredericksburg, Stafford, Prince William, and Fairfax County (along 95). Work closely with a supportive team of BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement behavioral programming, receiving weekly face-to-face and virtual supervision. Hone your skills with our rigorous training and mentorship.New Hope emphasizes clinical integrity by avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach, utilizing more than 10 different assessment tools to individualize programs. All decisions are data-based, including decisions made for clients, staff, and the organization as a whole.New Hope emphasizes employee satisfaction by offering twice-per-month check-ins for every RBT to ensure that RBTs receive the support they need to be successful. Feedback is delivered to owners anonymously and then provided to supervisors anonymously, and policies are carefully considered for revision as we seek to make New Hope the best we can be.New Hope has rigorous standards for daily health screenings for each client and their family members, as well as requirements for sanitation and hygiene within the client homes.
