With an opening for a PROJECT MANAGER with experience in custom residential construction at the top end of the quality scale. Seeking a knowledgeable team player who puts attention to detail first, works well with others, and respects our process to get the job done. This full-time position.Description-Support Project Management team to complete tasks as required-Assist set up of Office & Field project binders, and project Start& End Checklists-Manage completion of Home Binders and compiling of product warranty information-Assist with product research and completion of selections tracking spreadsheet-Assist with material takeoffs and scheduling delivery of materials and services to site-Assist review of shop drawings and proposals from vendors-Support ongoing communications between PMs, Site Supers, and Vendors-Assist in communicating schedule updates and deadlines to team members-Support development of Change Order pricing & Budget Adjustments-Support Estimating with preparing & sending bid packages-Support Estimating with review of subcontractor & vendor bids and proposals-Assist in document construction activities with periodic site progress photos-Assist with setting up Subcontractor agreements and insurance certificates-Proactively report progress to team members while managing time effectivelyProfile-Have a minimum of 5 years experience in the residential construction industry with a focus on managing quality and building relationships.-Successful candidate will be experienced with reading plans, performing takeoffs, and pricing & ordering materials.-Knowledge of typical residential construction methods & materials.-Strong MS Excel knowledge, organizational skills, and attention to detail is a must.-Ability to communicate clearly & effectively with Production Manager, Project Managers, subcontractors, clients, and architects as necessary.-Ability to be a team player performing various production support taskJob Offer $100,000-$105,000 OR based on experience + Bonus + Benefits Please send your latest resume to Dylan Spence at Michael Page Construction ASAP!Job Requirements:-Have a minimum of 2 years experience in the residential construction industry with a focus on managing quality and building relationships. *Successful candidate will be experienced with reading plans, performing takeoffs, and pricing & ordering materials. *Knowledge of typical residential construction methods & materials. *Strong MS Excel knowledge, organizational skills, and attention to detail is a must. *Ability to communicate clearly & effectively with Production Manager, Project Managers, subcontractors, clients, and architects as necessary. *Ability to be a team player performing various production support task
