This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer a TS/SCI with Poly clearance.This position is contingent upon customer requirements and/or their approval.In this role, you will:Perform as the highest-level technical expert, providing both internal and external consulting services. Work independently on advanced systems/software analysis projects. Develop and may conduct training programs. Remain current in operating systems/software analysis technological developments and applications. Recommend future direction or projects to management. Provide expertise and direction in the development or modification of complex software programs to enhance an operating system. Support the government Software integration lead in all aspects of the project lifecycle, requiring technical expertise as well as documentation and leadership skills. Develop, conduct AOAs and document a large systems software architecture. Forge relationships across the PMO and development teams is crucial for successful operation. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will have:An active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical discipline from an accredited college or university.In lieu of a bachelors degree, you may substitute four (4) years relevant experience.Ten to Twelve (10-12) years demonstrated experience with developing, conducting AOAs and documenting large systems' software architecture.Additional desired experience and skills:Experience providing these services in High Performance Computing (HPC) environment.If you are interested in supporting and working with our Maryland government customer and joining a passionate Serco team, then submit your application now for immediate consideration.
