Driving and Leading:. Drive overall financial planning recommendations, portfolio construction, investment implementation process with our new and existing members.. Lead client meetings solo with existing members and/ or join meetings with our founder Matt Aaron, CFP(R) to communicate complex investment strategies. Point of contact for all new and existing members financial planning and investment requests.. Point of contact to answer follow up questions regarding Fee Based Financial Planning Process and deliverables. Lead our firm's current and future investment planning philosophy, and maintain documentation as we continue to scale and expand our team. As we scale, lead our investment planning department, managing people, process, and systems Planning:. Build integrated financial plans that encompass both cashflow, strategic tax planning, debt management, major purchase scenarios, education, insurance, investment, and business planning recommendations etc.. Coordinate with the Director of Insurance and Planning to ensure we have an integrated risk and investments approach to each member financial situation. Ensure we continue to remain compliant to investment regulations and are abreast of the innovative ways to optimize our member's financial position. Master financial planning software to provide clarity to our members regarding their current financial position, along with building scenarios that offer additional flexibility and efficiency within their wealth picture.. Prepare all new account paperwork, facilitating trading as needed (advisory and/or brokerage), and generating Investment Policy Statements (IPS) Investment:. Perform portfolio audit on new and existing members portfolio in preparation for meetings with members congruent with the members financial planning objectives. Build and maintain investment portfolios to align with our firm's investment philosophy.. Lead investment rollover process, expense analysis, and paperwork. Be the point person for sophisticated investment questions. Drive investment onboarding process effectively and efficiently with the objective to minimize the length of implementation time. Educate new and existing members on their investment management needs in the context of their financial plan. Lead meetings with members and serve as the go to for all investment questions or needs. Review members file for context on how we can add value and continue to serve their needs CHARACTER TRAITS NEEDED:. Works well in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize tasks. Prompt with time and deadlines REQUIREMENTS:. 3 plus years of experience with a professional designation CLU(R), ChFC(R), or CFP(R). FINRA Series 7 exam. FINRA Series 66 exam. DC Life and Health Exam (passed within 3 months). Fluent with CRM Systems, Microsoft Excel, and great at writing GROWTH POTENTIAL:This position has huge growth potential.
