This position is a PT position, requiring approximately 16-20 hours per week (hours are flexible, however the candidate must have availability during weekday normal business hours). This position will be instrumental with assisting with implementation of a new applicant tracking system.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Respond to inquiries to the HR Office via telephone and in person when the HR Manager is unavailableAssist employees with HR-related paperwork and formsNew Hire OrientationAssist HR Manager with scheduling candidates for interviewsUse Microsoft Office programs (Word, Powerpoint, Excel) to create flyers & memos, track items, and create presentations as needed for team members.Help plan team member activities & eventsParticipate in webinars and schedule meetings pertainint to implementation of a new ATS systemSupport record-keeping function, including creation and maintainence of personnel files. Archive files as needed in HR storage.Make photocopies, scan, and fax documents and performs other clerical functions as necessary as associated with each of the areas aboveOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation : Some college level coursework in Human Resources, Hospitality or related field or equivalent experience preferred.Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Administrative experience required. Strong preference for previous experience in a hospitality or service industry.
