Senior Electrical Engineer PositionDependent on credentials met, $85-105k plus benefitsThis position is for a Senior Electrical Engineer involved in the design of building power systems and NOT for an Electronics Engineer.JOB DESCRIPTIONProvide design of building power and lighting systems for multi-family, retail, offices, restaurants, schools, rec centers and senior living facilitiesPerform calculations, sizing, and analysis of electrical systems for buildingsCreate comprehensive design documents using AutoCAD, REVIT and/or VectorWorks.Serve as liaison between clients, agencies, contractors and the design teamPerforms construction administration and field investigational tasks for assigned projects including conducting field inspections and detailed inspection reportsREQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree in Architectural or Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree from an ABET accredited institution.Permanent resident or citizen of USMinimum 5 years' experience in MEP engineering consulting fieldKnowledge of electrical building system design lighting calculations and NEC code requirementsExcellent interpersonal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with strong organization and time management skillsREVIT and latest version of AutoCAD MEP ExperienceExperience with VectorWorks highly preferredEIT Certification highly preferredLEED accreditation preferredPhotometric lighting software proficiencyBENEFITSHMO or PPO medical plan w/HRA for qualifying reimbursements of deductibles & copaysDental and vision reimbursements for qualifying expenses.Potential Quarterly Bonuses (Depending on quarterly sales)Employee contributed 401K optionsEmployer funded Safe Harbor contributionsFlexible HoursCasual Work EnvironmentFree ParkingConvenient Arlington locationWork from home flexibility
