Responsibilities Analyze and review code for technical accuracy, standards, and functional compliance to the design Formation of practical specifications and design documents for software enhancements Participate in critical architecture design and influence on strategic technical directions Provide hands-on technical leadership in the development team with the same willingness to learn. Drive the development and implementation of highly scalable and available innovative solutions, both individually and as the technical lead. Work collaboratively with product owners, and other stakeholders to understand high-level requirements and develop software architecture and design. Create and drive the detailed planning, scheduling and execution of development plans to meet business goals and schedules. Help define and enforce development practices, including unit tests and code reviews. Maintain architectural principals and coding standards across the code and project lifecycles. Diagnose and troubleshoot production application issues. Mentor and develop team members, provide constructive feedback on design and code quality and build an inclusive culture with high performing teams. Creating working proof-of-concepts; Recommend new technologies to ensure solution scalability, maintainability and qualityQualifications 5 or more years experience in - C#, Java, JS, Python Web development concepts such as HTML, CSS Visual Studio and the Microsoft .NET and .net Core Framework ASP.NET, including MVC Microsoft SQL Server and RDBMS concepts 3 years of experience of .Net Core Development 1 or more years experience in architecting and writing applications for and deploying to Microsoft Azure with familiarity around Azures cloud native offerings like web apps, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, etc.by Jobble
