OverviewThe Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting project and program teams in the coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects and initiatives ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. A project coordinator understands the scope and expectations of assigned projects and has responsibilities and accountabilities related to those projects.The project coordinator will serve as a point person for assigned projects and will manage relationships internally and externally with project stakeholders. The position actively supports and complies with all ATCC corporate policies and procedures.ResponsibilitiesSupports project and program teams in the coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects and initiatives. Develops and maintains detailed project schedules. Coordinates and participates in Team Meetings. Files all project documents. Is responsible for tracking project changes as agreed on with management. Understands complex process flows in ATCC business environment. Translates ATCC Government Contracts business needs into analytic requirements and associated projects. Serves as a member of matrixed project teams to meet the scope, goals and needs of the projects within a determined budget. Serves as a liaison to ATCC functional departments, contractors, clients, and others for relaying requirements for design, maintenance and enhancements of ATCC processes. Develops and uses strong skills in the use of ATCC's ERP systems, Web Systems, Quality Documentation Systems and Project Management applications for the management of Government Contracts.
