ServiceNow Architect / Implementation Manager
Job Description We're looking for a talented ServiceNow Architect / Implementation Manager to liaise between technical teams and client stakeholders for a complex, high visibility IT modernization project using ServiceNow. This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the ServiceNow Architect / Implementation Manager: Liaise between federal stakeholders and ServiceNow technical teams Act as a high level advisor on solution development and future state planning Interface and lead discussions across cross-functional teams Engage executive management Requirements of the ServiceNow Architect / Implementation Manager: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field At least 12 years of business solutions experience At least 5 years of ServiceNow full life cycle implementation experience ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS - ITSM, required) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or Application Developer desired Experience working with company products and services, business processes, and re-engineering Experience working with administrative and/or workflow systems Agile Scrum/Kanban, DevOps, and CI/CD Job ID: 355255About Eliassen Group: Eliassen Group provides strategic consulting and talent solutions to drive our clients' innovation and business results.
