In this role, you will own the acquisition of leads and apps through our organic channels (social, webinars, email, partnerships, PR). You will shape the future of Ironhack"s organic acquisition strategy, leading a team of email, social, partnerships, and webinar marketers, and PR. You"ll work closely with cross-functional team members from Global Marketing (Paid Acquisition, Product Marketing, Content and Creative) and local growth marketers to deliver impactful results. This role will report directly into the SVP of Marketing.A' You will drive growth through owned and earned organic channels using rigorous customer and data analysis. The right candidate is a self-starter, is comfortable being hands-on with data, has direct experience running organic marketing programs, and is interested in tackling customer acquisition and analysis in an omni-channel environment. We are looking for someone who can lead and grow our acquisition team as well as manage our agency partners.A' Your day-to-dayOwn Ironhack"s owned and earned marketing programs developing plans to generate new students, and build a foundation for long-term growthIdentify opportunities, prioritize initiatives and optimize efforts to drive long-term customer acquisition growthDrive marketing strategy behind existing channels (social, email, webinars, partnerships, and PR agencies), as well as identifying and launching new channels (ie, referrals, SMS) that engage our student target audienceBuild brand awareness and community engagement across multiple channels, particularly through social media and emailDetermine the optimal categories / products through which to acquire new students, keeping in mind acquisition KPIs and LTVGrow and develop relationships with our agency partners as well as key platformsA' A' Collaborate with Marketing Analytics on all things tracking and measurement. This includes guiding the evolution to a MTA model with a focus on making the model actionable to determine optimal spend allocation across media channelsPartner with Product Marketing, Product, Content, and Engineering on tests to maximize conversionWork closely with the Creative team and Content on asset development for both performance and awareness campaignsStay on the pulse of the ed tech landscape, maintain close relationships with leading tools and platforms, and represent Ironhack at industry eventsSuccess in this role means developing organic marketing initiatives that drive the following KPIs: Leads, Applications, Quality Applications, Students, CPA, CACWho are you?
