Quality Manager Job Category: Engineering and Technical Support Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI seeks a talented Quality Manager to join our E3I Program located in Sterling, VA. We design, develop, field and supportmission critical SIGINT systems. We are seeking a high-caliber, take-charge leader with extensive background in process development, statistical process control, quality management in a systems engineering and/or service delivery environment for the E3I contract. E3I is a $490M FEDSIM contract providing solutions to Army TENCAP for fielding and maintenance of global mission critical systems supporting the warfighter. This opportunityoffers very rewarding and unique benefits, which equates to 50% of compensation on TOP of your base salary! The first part is a tax-qualified profit-sharing retirement plan, to which CACI annually contributes up to 25% of your base salary (not in excess of applicable IRS limits) to your retirement account. The second component consists of an Individual Benefit Account (IBA), which is used for premiums, medical reimbursements, dependent care, education and Paid Time Off (PTO) policy. Both components of the benefit package are paid for by CACI, in addition to your base salary and potential performance bonuses. What You'll Get to Do : You will report to the E3I Program Manager and supports: * Monitoring/audit of existing frameworks, systems, and credentials, including project management framework tailoring, and various credentials * Audit of project compliance to contractual requirements (both SOW/PWS and selected clauses * Assist in successful program/project execution and achievement of excellence in award fee criteria More About the Role: You will also contribute to the development and deployment of processes, templates, training, and tools that contribute significantly to the reduction of project risk and the achievement of customer satisfaction. Specific responsibilities include: * Standardization of quality management approach * Internal audit support to assess our quality posture (technical and non-technical), develop and implement processes and procedures to increase quality and monitor quality going forward * Support with project tailoring and assessment against the CACI project management framework and CACI QMS, to include project level standardized quality metric development * Quality plan development and capture of quantitative metrics to assess quality * This position will require work on site in Sterling, VA in both SCIF and unclassified environments You'll Bring These Qualifications : * BS degree in a management or technical field or equivalent and 10 years directly related experience * 5+ years as a Quality Manager * Proven success developing processes and leading quality initiatives * Proven success in developing quality enhancing processes and procedures * Proven success in developing training/learning programs * Proven expertise in ISO-9001 and/or CMMI * Top Secret security clearance; must be eligible for SCI clear ance These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: * MS or MBA degree in a technical, business or related field * LSS Master Black Belt certified * PMP, CSEP or other professional certification * Active TS/SCI security clearance * Proven expertise in AS9100 What We Can Offer You: * We've been named a Best Place to Work by the Washington Post. * Our employees value the flexibility at CACI that allows them to balance quality work and their personal lives. * We offer competitive benefits and learning and development opportunities. * We are mission-oriented and ever vigilant in aligning our solutions with the nation's highest priorities. * For over 55 years, the principles of CACI's unique, character-based culture have been the driving force behind our success.
