This individual will also be responsible for the software and platforms used in our performance and talent management activities. Moreover, this individual will deliver and operate large, complex information security operations programs in the areas of risk management, vulnerabilities, and data loss prevention. Will also: Lead teams to support business growth, services goals and is accountable for the day-to-day work of managers and/or Senior Professionals or virtual teams. Communicate strategies across IT teams and foster collaboration in IT and business areas. Build strong relationships with HR business partners to meet compliance and security regulations.
