(BMA) Integrating People and Process Through Service, with a strategic emphasis on integrating people and process, and proven, documented project management methodology for internal and external management while maintaining a strategic and financial focus on an organizations most important component it's people;"Love Thy Customer; Love Thy Work; Love Thy System"Business Management Associates (BMA) is seeking a Program Manager: Assistant Bench Director, Human Services Bench who is a senior-level manager responsible for managing all aspects of Vaccine Strike Teams, Testing Strike Teams, related data, and reporting. This position will work with senior leadership to plan, execute, and improve business processes for operating mass testing and vaccination clinics at multiple locations. Under the supervision of a Branch Director or other senior staff, this position will coordinate staffing, logistics, data and reporting, and other aspects of the programs. The Program manager may also be assigned to assist with other operational programs, such as family assistance, mass care and feeding.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including local government, healthcare, and community organizations. Good judgement for reporting and escalating problems. Demonstrated ability to solve complex organizational problems. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other common work platforms. Ability to report in person for periodic meetings, trainings, site visits, staff briefings and problem solving. Additional job duties may apply.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: At least two years' experience as a senior or independent program manager At least two years' experience as a supervisor of subordinate staff in high-pressure environment. Ability to work remotely, without interruption M-F, 8a- 5pm, with occasional expanded hours.
