Premier Retirement Community is looking for a Human Resources Manager to support our Community's staff.: * Free uniforms! * Free meal with shift! * Competitive pay! * Generous paid time off! * Medical, Dental, and Vision * 401K +Company Match Responsibilities:: * Screen applications and assists department heads in scheduling interviews. * Check's applicants references and makes job offers. * Conducts Community orientation with the partnership of Administrator and department heads. * Interview, hire, and manage the concierges. * Compiles and maintains personnel records and ensures that proper forms have been collected, prior to filing. * Audits timekeeping and closes payroll for processing. * Completes and processes wage and benefit information on a timely basis. * Facilitate actions to resolve any employee issues and communicate them to the appropriate management team. * Assist department heads with writing and delivering corrective action. * Advise managers and department heads on HR policies and practice, while providing information to employees about regulations and policies. * Maintain training log for all staff in accordance with DSS and corporate regulations. * Initiates and tracks the annual evaluation process including the TB Screening process and Sworn Disclosure statement. * Maintains confidentiality and personnel records. * Submits required paperwork to the home office in a timely manner. Requirements: * COVID-19 vaccination required and provided, as a part of employment. * Must be a high school graduate, some college preferred. * Must have the minimum of one year work experience in related field, involving work in payroll. * Must be proficient in using Windows, including Excel and Word. * Must possess the ability to get along well with others. * Must be a self-starter, with the ability to meet multiple deadlines while working in a fast paced environment. * Must have transportation to make bank deposits. * Must have strong customer service skills. * Must be able to exert up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
