Amazon.com strives to be Earth's most customer-centric company where people can discover virtually anything they want to buy online. By giving customers more of what they want - low prices, vast selection, and convenience, Amazon.com continues to grow and evolve as a world-class e-commerce platform. The spirit of innovation drove Amazon's evolution from a website to an e-commerce platform to a development platform, and it is part of the company's DNA. The world's brightest minds come to Amazon.com to research and develop technology that improves the lives of shoppers, developers, publishers, and sellers around the world. Amazon's vision is to offer the Earth's largest selection and lowest prices to our customers. Amazon.com is seeking a Director of Software Development for the Finance Technology (FinTech) organization. FinTech's challenge is to deliver the data, technology, and software solutions that accurately capture, process, and report the massive quantity of financial transactions. This leader must be an exceptional strategic thinker and actively contribute as a member of FinTech's leadership team on our team's strategic focus and what our next best investments should be.
