Overview: Intrepid Solutions is a fast growing government contractor, providing services throughout the DoD and Intelligence Community. To keep up with this growth, we are seeking support within our Contracts department from a Contract Administrator. The Contract Administrator is responsible for the administration and management of the contract process throughout the entire lifecycle of the contract from RFP/pre-award through implementation. This position will be responsible for accurately capturing key contract data for internal contract monitoring. The Contract Administrator shall ensure all related contract compliance documentation is produced and provided in accordance with the contract requirements. Additionally, this position will be responsible for providing a high-level review of contracts for accuracy and consistency with internal business policies and practices. As part of its duties the Contract Administrator will interact regularly with Finance, Sales, Legal and other departments as may be applicable to ensure compliance with internal business policies and practices. This position works directly with the Contract Manager to manage Intrepid's administration of contracts through the entire lifecycle of the contract. Responsibilities: Track and manage contract process from request to execution and ensuring Contract Pipeline is up to dateReview and capture key contract data and terms for each Client ContractGenerate Ad Hoc Internal Reports on key contract dataAssist with pricing proposals. Ability to act as a liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal, and other departments as applicable on contract issues.Act as Administrator to Contract file database by editing and maintaining the accuracy of contract files and data recordsNegotiate the terms and conditions of non-disclosure, teaming, and subcontract agreements with clients. Coordinate all approval signatures for contract and compliance documentsMaintain all contract records Complete and execute all contract compliance documents, insurance certificate requests, vendor registrations, and other Client required forms per contract requirementsResponsible for contract compliance reporting requirements as applicableResponsible for audit participation as may be required to provide contractual documentationWork with Contract Manager to manage and improve the contract processResponsible for a high-level review of Contracts and RFPs highlighting issues for Contracts Manager review and awarenessMay perform other duties as assignedOPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS: This is a Full Time position, operating a standard 8 hour workday Monday - Friday. Evenings or weekend work may be needed for occasional surge support.This position is currently operating in a remote capacity, but may require onsite support at our Herndon Headquarters in the future.TRAVEL: Position does not require travel. Qualifications: CLEARANCE:This position does not require a government security clearance.EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in business administration, finance, government & law, or another related field.In lieu of a Bachelors degree, a minimum 4 years experience in a similar position can be substituted.CERTIFICATION(S):NoneSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Ability to research answers to questions related to federal, state, & local government regulations, and contract requirementsProficiency in the following software applications: Adobe Pro, MS Office (including Word, PowerPoint, & Excel), previous experience using a Contract Management Software is a plus.Understanding of contractual terms & conditionsStrong writing and communication skillsAbility to multi-task and meet competing deadlinesAbility to work effectively as part of a teamAbility to work independently and take initiative to troubleshoot and problem solvePossess a strong attention to detailExceptional organization and time management skillsAbility to conduct business both in office and remotelyEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
