You will partner with internal technology groups to ensure that proposed technical solutions align with the company's overall objectives. You'll also serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, internal innovation teams, and IT functional areas by helping them identify and take advantage of new digital opportunities while providing guidance and ensuring solutions align with the business and IT strategy. (this area can be changed to suit the role)We need someone who can:Work closely with various business groups and clients within the business lines to understand the problems, improve collaboration and seeking opportunities to drive technology platforms and solutions in Curbside line of businessLead our technology team across the large portfolio to revise and enhance our technology platform roadmapEstablish and assuring adherence to budget, schedules, work plans, and performance requirementsInteract with senior management or executive levels both within the company as well as on client sideManage the technology team with responsibility for total technology delivery end-to-endWork directly with both internal business leaders and with customer/client business and IT counterpartsAct as a point of escalation for specific IT issues coming from internal business or the customerSupport Business Development and Sales teams in the pursuit of new business and change ordersSupport the development of business, product and technology roadmapsManage all aspects of technology delivery in support of multiple clients for the complete landscape including day to day operations, application enhancements, and provide implementation supportBasic Qualifications for Consideration:Bachelors Degree or equivalent working experienceMinimum 15 years of experience and understanding of large scale enterprise application delivery and deployments requiredSpecific knowledge and experience with road-usage charging back office systems (BOS) and understanding of Roadside systemsHighly effective leader with the ability to oversee a diverse array of activities and competing priorities. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to effectively plan and execute projects to achieve business objectivesExperience in leading/motivating a diverse workforce; must be able to build camaraderie/trust within and across teams within the organizationAdvanced communication skills (written and verbal), presentation skills and interpersonal and relationship skills.
