Provide customers and prospects solution offerings available from the company product suite through the sales lifecycle. The Inside Sales representative develops new sales opportunities, has exemplary communication skills, understands customer requirements, negotiates, and closes deals to meet/exceed assigned sales objectives.What you will be doing:* Identify key senior-level decision makers for the procurement of SkyBitz solutions and services* Prospect and qualify to ascertain appropriate fit for services and close as many opportunities as possible via phone calls or virtual sessions within the assigned accounts territory.* Initiate contact with identified prospects by "cold calling" and emailing to determine their potential interest in SkyBitz solutions and services.* Meet assigned quota on an ongoing basis as assigned by the Sales Manager* Close qualified sales opportunities generated by marketing programs.* Develop detailed knowledge of SkyBitz solutions, track, update and manage information in Salesforce.* Provide ongoing market intelligence to the sales management team based on feedback received from customers and prospects* Maintain updated information for assigned accounts in Salesforce inclusive of (but not limited to) contacts, opportunities, account information, logged activities, tasks, events, and updated customer information* Collaborate with and provide assistance to sales team members with proposals, order forms, billing inquiries, shipping assistance, escalated issues to upper management, calls to prospects, contact with customers, etc. as directed by the Sales ManagerJob Requirements:Position Requirements:* Minimum of High School Diploma.
