Thats where you come in. We are looking for a Growth Marketing Director to oversee marketing for the B2C side of our business.In this new role, you will work with our marketing and product growth teams to try new awareness and acquisition ideas, measure and understand whats working, determine how to optimize our end-user marketing efforts, implement your ideas to improve our practices, and establish creative and unique new ways to engage with our end user audience.The Growth Marketing Director, B2C will be a key member of the marketing team and our in-house expert and advisor on anything related to our B2C marketing strategy.What You'll Do:Lead and own the end user growth strategy, owning all campaigns and providing regular reports on the results of the B2C channelWork with the broader marketing team to execute on email, PPC, content, and SEO. Partner closely with the product growth team, aligning with them on initiatives and the product roadmap, and work with them on campaign ideas and product enhancements that will drive end user growthThink outside the normal acquisition conventions, proposing ideas and new channels that will increase brand awareness and affinity, and drive end user growth. In doing this, you will regularly research and assess new marketing opportunities that drive innovation and growth.Serve as the main cross-functional stakeholder for all things B2C growth, communicating priorities, learnings, and opportunities to all departmentsPropose new initiatives that can improve performance and acquisition efficiencyWork closely with the data and product teams to connect all the pieces of tracking needed through the funnel, from trial set up to purchase to renewal. Develop a methodology for measurement and attribution, and implement testing ideas to continuously enhance performance.Manage, mentor and grow the B2C growth team.QualificationsYou have 7+ years experience in growth marketing, preferably working on a SaaS subscription business.
