Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group has partnered with a fast growing tech company who is seeking Customer Support Representatives to assistance in providing excellent service and support to their customers for 3rd and Overnight Shifts! (Position does require you to go onsite, remote options NOT offered) Responsibilities: Provide timely, accurate and efficient service to our customers via email and live chat Verify member identification and follow verification procedures Work with other members to troubleshoot verification issues and provide a working solution Qualifications/Background Profile: Must be able to work 3rd and overnight shifts (3:30pm - 12am or 11:30pm - 8am) Previous exp in customer service based role Intermediate to advanced computer skills; including proficiency with internet and search engines, operating systems, and browsers; effective manipulation of multiple screens simultaneously Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Projects a competent, enthusiastic and empathetic demeanor with customers Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both spoken and written Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience Must possess a can-do attitude and strong work ethic Strong initiative, drive to succeed, and time management skills Excellent attention to detail, spelling, and multi-tasking abilities Outgoing, energized, and the ability to build great customer relationships Download the Sparks Group Jobs mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play.
