From a prospective students first expression of interest through graduation, institutions typically rely on traditional methods of communication (phone, email, paper mailings) to engage with and notify students. Full Measure sees the role mobile plays in redefining the student experience and improving student outcomes and is dedicated to bringing personalized messaging and content experiences to institutions.About the role:We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own our tech stack and optimize the way we generate leads. They will work closely with our Head of Content to deliver our content marketing strategy through our website, email campaigns, blogs, webinars, digital ads, and more. They will serve as our marketing technology expert and be responsible for optimizing our website, lead forms, email flows, digital ads, landing pages, SEO, and integrations with other tools. They will serve a critical role in executing marketing campaigns and will report directly to our VP Marketing. Responsibilities will include:Developing an overall strategy and improving our tech stack to scale and optimize our top of funnel acquisition.Researching and integrating new tools to support marketing and sales initiativesManaging paid social, PPC, and display campaignsLeading continuous A/B testing to improve our conversion ratesDelivering automated and campaign oriented content across many channelsSegmenting our users to deliver the right message to the right person at the right timeTracking, analytics, and reporting of key performance metricsParticipating in overall marketing strategy and campaign developmentAbout you:5-10+ years experience in digital marketing, MarTech, marketing operations, demand generation, or other related areasPassion for the latest and greatest marketing tools and integrationsDeep understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and lead generationExperience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Wordpress or Squarespace, and Google Analytics a plusCapacity to manage multiple projects at the same timeAbility to thrive in an exciting fast paced work environmentby Jobble
