The Paid Search Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing PPC strategies that drive increased sales and profits. You will join the Paid Media Team, reporting to the Acquisition Marketing Manager and working alongside another Paid Search Specialist.At MOTIS Brands, our mission is to provide customers with the latest and safest product solutions to load, transport and store their vehicles, equipment or gear. Job Types: Full Time Job Locations: Germantown - WI (Remote)Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manage large-scale paid search / digital marketing ecommerce campaigns across multiple ad platforms including but not limited to: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook and CriteoCollaborate daily with the Paid Media Team to plan and develop comprehensive strategies to drive new user acquisition and product sales to meet monthly goalsManage paid strategy for specific category verticals within the company, responsible for creating campaigns, writing effective ad copy, conducting keyword and competitor research, optimizing bids and modifiers, and optimizing product feedsAnalyze bids for SKUs, keywords, day parts, devices, demographics, and location targetingContinuously monitor and improve search term mapping, ad relevance, expected CTR, and landing page experience through A/B testingCollaborate with your verticals corresponding Merchandising Category Manager on product line knowledge, margin performance, and seasonal trendsAnalyze performance reporting to identify digital marketing optimization opportunitiesPerform in-depth campaign reviews and develop recommendations for growth and improvementIdentify automation opportunities to increase efficiency within team processesCreate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports in Excel & Google SheetsMeaningfully present performance and strategy updates to colleagues and department heads who may have limited knowledge of PPCStay current on digital marketing best practices, search engine advertising policies, search engine algorithm updates and industry wide e-commerce trendsJob RequirementsBachelor's degree3 - 5 years experience managing hundreds of search, shopping, and display campaignsExperience managing ad campaigns on Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube is a plusStrong understanding of Google Analytics and how to leverage web data to improve Paid Search performanceMicrosoft Excel proficiency youre comfortable executing VLOOKUPs, Text-To-Columns, concatenations, conditional formatting, ROI analyses etc.Can effectively collaborate in a team environment with a positive attitude and constructive communication youre excited to be part of a team that challenges you and succeeds together!Comfortable with a highly team-orientated approach, with daily check-ins, analyses, brainstorming, discussions, and tag-team implementation styleExtreme attention to detail youre diligent about double-checking work and can identify data anomalies and formula errorsSelf-starter mentality when needed, you can develop and execute strategy on your own with little guidanceAbility to multi-task and remain productive in-between projectsAlso, ability to maintain focus on a single project for extended periods of timeStrong entrepreneurial spirit and can thrive in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding analytical skills in order to examine complex issues and develop recommendations to solve marketing challengesExperience with Google/Bing Ads EditorExperience with Google/Bing Merchant CenterExcellent written and oral communication skillsby Jobble
