Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for our Food and BeverageDivision! Food and Beverage Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Translate business goals into marketing strategies and objectives that facilitate overall business growth including creating and implementing innovative and effective sales and marketing programs to drive traffic and increase sales to the food and beverage outlets at the casinoManage the annual marketing calendar to include community events, restaurant promotions/specials and one-off special eventsDevelop and execute marketing plans and event budget and event recaps for all events and promotions and ensure they are aligned with the companys sales, profits, branding and media objectivesParticipates in the planning, coordination and execution of all events and promotionsManage all paid advertising from budgeting, negotiation ad placement, reserving ad space, coordinating of ad design, developing radio copy, receiving and processing invoicesOversee and manage the development and production of branded print collateral, non-printed collateral (websites, e-blasts, etc.), menus, signage, social media, etc. and ensure brand standards are adhered toHandle and fulfills all brand related filming and photo needsOversee all aspects of advertising including Google Search and Display, social media ads, radio, OTT, out of home, etc.Develop strategic partnerships with retailers, restaurants, corporate partners, local teams and more to cross-promoteLead the grassroots marketing initiatives for the food and beverage outletsCoordinate and fulfill marketing trade deals with media partnersMentor, motivate, manage and develop the marketing teamExecute trade agreements and marketing partnershipsCreate new opportunities for sales and revenue growth for the food and beverage outletsLead all sponsorship activation ensuring all sponsorship requirements are implemented into the annual marketing calendar and sponsor contracts are fulfilledFormulate and execute marketing and PR initiatives and coordinate all logistics pertaining to press conferencesProvide overall cohesive direction and event details to internal marketing support teams, outside agencies and vendor partners to ensure all marketing communications are unified, properly branded and support overall marketing objectivesFood and Beverage Senior Marketing Manager QualificationsBachelor's Degree in marketing or related field or equivalent and at least 4 years of experience, with direct supervisory experience over a sales and/or marketing team.Must be at least age 18.Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred.Food and Beverage Senior Marketing Managerposition requires the ability to perform the following:Frequently standing up or moving within and outside of the facilityCarrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 poundsHandling objectsOther:Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the district, the brand and the Company.Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing paperwork and management reports, interpreting results, giving and receiving instructions, and training.Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.Problem solving, strategic planning, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often.Ability to as build and maintain relationshipsMay be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidaysby Jobble
