We are currently seeking a settlement processor for a full time position, processing & closing real estate transactions.Summary of Responsibilities: As a title insurance and real estate settlement processor you will be closing real estate transactions, including:Process new contracts and ordersTitle underwriting, drafting title commitmentBring title issues to the attention of supervisor and/or title company attorneyProcess cases through settlement including but not limited to clearing title and ordering payoffsCoordinate with agents, lenders, sellers, and buyers, including schedulingPrepare title company settlement documentsConduct signing appointmentPost-closing, including copies, disbursement, and drafting and sending title policyJob Type: Full-time. We are looking to fill this position immediately.
